2021 Outbreak of Foodborne Illness at a Festival and at a Grocery Store, Illinois
In July 2021, public health officials in Illinois investigated an outbreak of suspected Bacillus cereus infections and/or Clostridium perfringens infections at a festival and at a grocery store. Six people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died. The vehicle of transmission was not reported.
