2021 Outbreak of Gastrointestinal Illness Associated with Potatoes, Colorado
In January 2021, Colorado public health officials investigated an outbreak of foodborne illness. Four people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died. Potatoes were the implicated contaminated food consumed by the cases. The etiology was not reported.
