2021 Outbreak of Illnesses Caused by Multiple Pathogens, Utah
In June 2021, public health officials investigated an outbreak determined to be caused by multiple pathogens including Cryptosporidium, Sapovirus, E. coli O26:H11, and E. coli O157 (STEC). Thirty-five people were ill. One person was was hospitalized and no one died.
