2021 Outbreak of Legionnaires' Disease Associated with a Hot Tub, Virginia
In April 2021, Virginia public health officials investigated a waterborne outbreak of Legionella pneumophila, Serogroup 1, infections associated with a hot tub at a hotel/motel/lodge/Inn. Three people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
