2021 Outbreak of Norovirus Associated with Catered Food, Michigan

In July 2021, Michigan public health officials investigated an outbreak of suspected norovirus associated with catered food. Eighteen outbreak associated cases were identified. One person was hospitalized. No one died.

The vehicle of transmission was not reported.
