2021 Outbreak of Norovirus Associated with Catered Food, Texas
In November 2021, Texas public health officials investigated an outbreak of norovirus associated with catered food. The vehicle of transmission was reported as kale. Forty-eight people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
