2021 Outbreak of Norovirus-like Illnesses at Mazatlan Restaurant, Washington
Public Health Seattle King Country (PHSKC) investigated an outbreak of norovirus-like illnesses associated with Mazatlan Restaurant located in Auburn, Washington. The implicated meal date was May 21, 2021. Thirteen people from one meal party reported symptoms after consuming food from the restaurant. No one was hospitalized and no one died. No ill employees were identified.
