2021 Outbreak of Salmonella Infections at a Residential Care Facility, Georgia

In July 2021, Georgia public health officials investigated illnesses at a long term care facility. Six cases were identified. One person was hospitalized. No one died. The etiology was reported as suspected Salmonella. The mode of transmission was not reported.
