2021 Outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium Infections Associated with Potato Salad, Michigan
In July 2021, public health officials in Michigan investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium infections associated with consuming potato salad at a private home. Eight outbreak associated cases were detected. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
