2021 Outbreak of Salmonellosis Associated with a Private Home, Texas

In June 2021, public health officials in Texas investigated an outbreak suspected to be caused by infection with Salmonella. Three people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died. The vehicle of transmission was reported as mayonnaise made with raw eggs.
