2021 Outbreak of Salmonellosis Associated with Napa Cabbage, Minnesota
In March 2021, Minnesota public health officials investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Javiana infections associated with napa cabbage salad sold at a grocery store. Four people were ill. One person was hospitalized. No one died.
