2021 Outbreak of Salmonellosis Associated with Romaine Lettuce, Minnesota
In November 2021, public health officials in Minnesota investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium infections associated with leafy greens served at a restaurant. Seven people were ill. One person was hospitalized. No one died.
