2021 Outbreak of Shiga Toxin E. coli (STEC) at a State Park, Kansas

In September 2021, Kansas public health officials investigated an outbreak of E. coli O157 infections associated with exposure to a lake at a state park. Four people were ill. Three people were hospitalized. No one died.
