2021 Outbreak of Staphylococcus aureus Infections Associated with Catered Food, Puerto Rico
In November 2021, Puerto Rican public health officials investigated an outbreak of suspected Staphylococcus aureus infections associated with roasted turkey prepared by a caterer. Forty-two people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
