2021 Outbreak of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Infections Associated with Raw Oysters, Ohio
In August 2021, public health officials in Ohio investigated an outbreak of Vibrio parahaemolyticus associated with consumption of raw oysters at a restaurant. Three people were ill. One person was hospitalized. No one died.
