2021 Outbreak of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Infections, Colorado

In July 2021, a confirmed outbreak of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections occurred at a restaurant in Colorado. Three people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died. The suspected vehicles were raw octopus and/or raw oysters.
