2021 Outbreak of Vibriosis Associated with Raw Oysters, Utah

In July 2021, Utah public health officials investigated an outbreak of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections associated with raw oysters served at a restaurant. Six people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
