2022 Outbreak of Salmonella Entertiditis Infections Linked to Buba Noodle Bar, New Hampshire
In May 2022, the New Hampshire Dept. of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health and the City of Manchester Department of Health investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis infections among people who reported eating at Buba Noodle Bar in Manchester. A total of 7 outbreak associated cases were identified. One person was hospitalized. No one died. The restaurant voluntarily closed on May 20, 2022 while the specific source was identified.
