2023 Outbreak of Ciguatoxin Poisoning Associated with Travally Fish, Hawaii
In October 2023, Hawaii public health officials investigated an outbreak of ciguatoxin poisoning associated with Jack/Travally fish served at a private home. Five people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
