2023 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Associated with an Event Space, Connecticut
In May 2023, public health officials in Connecticut investigated an outbreak of shiga toxin E. coli (STEC) O157:H7 associated with an event space. Four people were ill. All four were hospitalized. No one died.
The vehicle of transmission was not reported.
