2023 Outbreak of Foodborne Illness at a Restaurant, Ohio
In October 2023, Ohio public health officials investigated an outbreak of suspected Bacillus cereus and/or Clostridium perfringens infections associated with a sit-down dining restaurant. Five people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
The vehicle of transmission was not reported.
