2023 Outbreak of Legionnaires Disease at a Casino, Michigan
In July 2023, public health officials in Michigan investigated a waterborne outbreak of Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1 infections associated with drinking water at a casino. Four people were ill. All four were hospitalized. No one died.
