2023 Outbreak of Norovirus Associated with a Workplace Cafeteria, Washington
In April 2023, public health officials at Seattle King County Public Health (SKCPH) investigated an outbreak of norovirus associated with a workplace cafeteria. Seventy people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
The vehicle of transmission was an ill food worker.
