2023 Outbreak of Salmonella Panama Infections Associated with a Food Truck, Kentucky
In June 2023, Kentucky public health officials investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Panama infections associated with a food truck/street vendor. Nine people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
The vehicle of transmission was not reported.
