2023 Outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium Infections Associated with Raw Milk, Minnesota

In July 2023, Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) staff investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium infections associated with raw milk. Five children ranging in age from 3 months to 10 years became ill between the end of June and early July. One child was hospitalized.
