2023 Outbreak of Salmonellosis Associated with a Food Truck, Florida
In October 2023, public health officials investigated a foodborne outbreak associated with a food truck/street vendor. Two pathogens were detected, Salmonella Hartford ad Salmonella Anatum. One hundred eighteen people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
The vehicle of transmission was reported as pork.
