2023 Outbreak of Salmonellosis Associated with a Roasted Pig, Washington

In May 2023, Clallam County health officials investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis infections associated with a roasted pig served at a campground. Nine people were ill. No one was hospitalized and no one died.
