2023 Outbreak of Salmonellosis Associated with Oysters, Alabama
In July 2023, public health officials in Alabama investigated an outbreak of Salmonella Saintpaul infections associated with oysters served at a restaurant. Eleven people were ill. One person was hospitalized. No one died.
