2021 Outbreak of Suspected Bacterial Toxin Illnesses at a Restaurant, Washington
In September 2021, Snohomish Health District staff investigated an outbreak of suspected bacterial toxin at a restaurant. Five cases were identified. No one was hospitalized and no one died. Implicated food items included almond chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and kung pao chicken.
