Public Health Seattle King County (PHSKC) investigated an outbreak of gastrointestinal illnesses associated with Coho Cafe in Issaquah, Washington. Six people reported becoming ill after eating at the restaurant. No was hospitalized and no one died. Meal dates ranged from March 11, 2024 to April 5, 2024. All of the cases developed one or more symptoms of a gastrointestinal illness, including vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and chills. There was no laboratory testing of clinical specimens. Symptoms were consistent with norovirus.

There were no ill employees. Investigators did not find a specific food or drink item that might have caused the illnesses.
