A confirmed outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections occurred among people who had eaten at Beast Feast and Wild Game Supper at the Eastern Shore Baptist Church in Daphne, Alabama. The source of the E. coli was not known. Turkey, deer, elk, pork, and dishes made at church members' homes had been served at the event.
