No specific foods were significantly linked with a Norovirus outbreak that occurred one weekend among guests eating at a resort restaurant in Calloway, Minnesota. There had been a report of an adult guest who had vomited multiple times in the dining hall and kitchen area. There had also been a report of gastrointestinal illness in a child who was a guest at the resort. Resort staff were reserving food, refilling dishes, and delivering the food back to the tables. One food worker reported gastrointestinal symptoms, however the food worker's illness had begun at the same time that the patrons became ill so it was likely that the food worker was exposed when the patrons were exposed.
