2012 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Infections at a Day Care, Tennessee
On April 26, 2012, the Tennessee Department of Health investigated an outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections at a daycare. Eight outbreak associated cases were identified. Two cases were hospitalized.
