2005 Otbreak of Norovirus at an Easter Brunch, Minnesota
An Easter brunch hosted by a Bloomington, Minnesota restaurant ended with an outbreak of Norovirus. An investigation by the health department used a cohort study to find the extent of the outbreak and create food history list. Analysis of the food histories found illness associated with consumption of Wisconsin home fries. An inspection of the restaurant found no violations and no sick employees.
