2011 Outbreak of Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) Among Passengers Onboard Oceania Cruises MV Marina
The CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program reported an outbreak of Enterotoxigenic E. Coli (ETEC) among passengers onboard the Oceania Cruises MV Marina in February 2011. In total 39 of 1,126 passengers and 29 of the 789 members of the crew reported symptoms of diarrhea with some fever and vomiting.
