2010 Outbreak of Gastrointestinal Illnesses Linked to Fralo's Art of Pizza, Texas
An outbreak attributed to an unspecified type of E. coli occurred among patrons of Fralo's Art of Pizza, in Leon Springs, Texas in mid August. Sewage from an overflow likely contaminated a shallow well, the water supply for the restaurant. A 400000 gallon sewage spill at a the San Antonio Water system coincided with the likely exposure at the restaurant.
