2006 Outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium Infections at a Restaurant, Georgia
A confirmed outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium occurred among people who had eaten dosai in a restaurant or in a private home in Georgia. Dosai are a fermented lentil crepes which are usually filled with vegetables or meats. The filling was not described.
