A cluster of gastrointestinal illness was associated with eating at a restaurant in Goshen County, Wyoming. At least three employees worked while having gastroenteritis. The investigation and subsequent analysis of data did not implicate any one food vehicle as responsible for the outbreak. Multiple means of transmission seemed likely, including person-to-person spread, environmental contamination, or food/water contamination.
