2008 Outbreak of Cryptosporidiosis at a Worksite Canteen, Finland
Guests of a worksite canteen developed gastroenteritis due to Cryptosporidium parvum. A case control study suggested that eating mixed salad was the source of the outbreak. This was the first time that Cryptosporidium had been a cause of an outbreak in Finland.
