2009 Outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 Infections at a County Fair, Indiana
An outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infections was linked to attendance at the county fair. All cases had contact with animals while at the fair. None of the cases knew one another or associated with one another. Secondary illnesses occurred in the households of two of the cases.
