The Marinepolis Sushi Land Restaurant, in Bellevue, Washington, was closed after two separate patients developed Salmonellosis. The restaurant was a conveyor belt style sushi restaurant. The restaurant inspection that led to the closure revealed temperature holding problems, inadequate hand washing facilities, potential contact between raw and ready-to-eat products, and inadequate cleaning of surfaces.
