1998 Outbreak of Hepatitis A at McDonald's Restaurant, Washington
Several reports of hepatitis A among residents of Skagit County, Washington, were associated with eating at the same McDonald's Restaurant on Riverside Drive, in Mount Vernon. The assistant manager of the restaurant had worked while infected with Hepatitis A and had contaminated the food with the virus.
