1995 Outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium Infections at a Restaurant, Minnesota

An outbreak of Salmonella Typhimurium infections occurred at a Minnesota restaurant. The vehicle was never determined, however 13 of the 60 food workers that underwent a stool test were shown to be infected with the outbreak strain of Salmonella Typhimurium. Illness in food workers preceded illness in restaurant patrons.
