An outbreak of norovirus occurred among Easter brunch diners at the Noto's Old World Dining Restaurant in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The implicated meal date was April 12, 2009. It was suspected that the outbreak was caused by a person(s). There were reports of a child vomiting in the restaurant lobby that day. Other reports described a woman changing the diaper of a baby who had diarrhea. The restaurant was sanitized and reopened on April 16.
