2008 Oubreak of Noroviruse at a Wedding Reception, Pennsylvania
An ill bartender who had flu-like symptoms had handled drinks and ice which then led to an outbreak of Norovirus at a wedding reception in Pennsylvania. The wedding reception was hosted by the Stockdale Volunteer Fire Company and had occurred in the fire hall. The ice machine was also found to be unsanitary and was ordered to be cleaned.
