2010 Outbreak of Salmonellosis at an Outdoor Music Festival, Washington

Nine people who attended the Sasquatch Festival at the Gorge Amphitheater in Grant County, Washington were diagnosed with Salmonella Enteritidis. The festival was held over the Memorial Day Weekend. Three of the cases were residents from Washington state; four resided in British Columbia. No illnesses have been associated with events held subsequent to this one. As of July 4, the cause of the illnesses remained under investigation.
