An outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 was linked tri-tip beef made by The Grill at the Meat Market, in Fresno, California. The contaminated beef had been sold at the Meat Market and to catered events, in mid May. The outbreak strain of E. coli O157:H7 was isolated from the tri-tip.
