2007 Outbreak of Norovirus at a Shelby County Restaurant, Indiana
Restaurant patrons became ill in late January with Norovirus. Eighty seven percent of the ill patrons reported eating salad. The Shelby County Health Department observed unwashed, bare-hand salad preparation which suggested a possible route of food contamination. There was no food available for testing. None of the staff reported illness.
