2006 Outbreak of Campylobacteriosis Linked to Wesley Lindquist Unpasteurized, Raw Milk Cheese Curds, Wisconsin
An outbreak of Campylobacter was associated with the consumption of raw milk cheese curds. The cheese curds were made in an unlicensed facility by an unlicensed cheesemaker in Ashland County, Wisconsin. Ill persons resided in several Wisconsin counties and six other states.
