2011 Outbreak of E coli O157:H7, Wisconsin Unknown Location Unknown Vehicle 2011
A cluster of E. coli O157:H7 cases developed in Green County, Wisconsin, beginning in mid-August. The vehicle of infection was not known. The cases were spread throughout the county with multiple cases in some households. A 20-month-old child died as a result of her infection.
